Thyme has a piney/peppery taste with slight minty/lemony notes. As the name suggests Lemon Thyme has more pronounced lemon notes.
Thyme is at home in most Mediterranean dishes and pairs perfectly with fish and chicken dishes, and the perfect complement with tomatoes and lemons.
Selecting the best produce
Fresh, quality herbs, will appear as though they have just been picked with plump looking leaves. Look for produce that has healthy stems with no signs of yellowing or wilting.
